I stopped looking. The whole “just ride it out” advice feels like gaslighting when markets tank and we’re expected to stay chill while leadership cashes out their bonuses.

It really doesn’t matter unless you plan to start pulling money. If you are already at that stage, you should not be heavily leveraged in stocks anyway. As you get closer to retirement, you’re supposed to transition more to less volatile funds
Stopped looking as well. Things are going to go up, down and sideways for a while until all this tariff and trade nonsense gets sorted out. No point stressing in the short term when it's a long term game, although that's admittedly much easier said than done.

Keep plugging money in. You’re buying at lower costs (dollar cost averaging) so when the market turns you’ll reap the benefit.
