Hi, Is it good to join Salesforce for Technical Consultant role (YOE - 3.2 years) ?
I checked with few of my connections, they saying I will be mostly allocated to Salesforce industries (Vlocity) project. Please suggest about the team structure and work life balance for this role.
and also in future, is it possible to apply for IJP in Salesforce ?
Please provide your thoughts on this.
Thanks

Do you mean in industry specifically? Unfortunately from what I’m seeing it seems really rare to find a fully remote industry position. I am hoping someone else here can prove me wrong and say otherwise. I have had recruiters reach out to me with “fully remote” opportunities but once we speak, it’s actually remote with regular travel to the office on a monthly basis, or there’s an issue with my time zone, or some other qualifier. Which is fine, but maybe don’t advertise it as “fully remote.”
Yes, I’m looking for industry job but every high paying one is in person 4 days a week and they’re strict about it. I live close to NYC and commute to city is 1.5 hours one way. That’s 12 hours a week just on commuting

Lots of options. Lots upon lots. Are you a US citizen? Defense contractors. Collins. Raytheon. Lockheed has 4x10 work weeks.

Recruiters are only necessary on roles that need help finding applicants. Remote jobs don't need help. Give me a blurb about yourself, and I'll send you some stuff. CPA? Salary req? that kind of thing.
There are internal jobs at Deloitte that are remote.
Tons of jobs in public that are fully remote, but industry might be tougher to get
