Glassdoor is typically pretty on-point with their salaries, and they have the average at just over $185k TC.
That sounds more like for an FC. Investment Consultants usually make around 75k base w/ up to ~13k total in quarterly/annual bonuses. So usually upper 80s. I used to work there and am happy to answer any question if you want to DM me
It's okay. No significant difference from their direct competitors. They provide good benefits as well.
It’s not a long-term role. 2 years at an absolute max. The destination role from here is a Financial Consultant. The IC role is a feeder role into the FC position. You are working with clients 500k and under.
Benefits are excellent - higher 401k matching than most companies out there.
I'd say within the minimum. It's not that competitive as compared to other companies. But the benefits and bonuses are great.
