My husband and I have no kids and order/go out very rarely, maybe once a month, and our grocery bill for just the 2 of us has risen to around $750-$800 per month this year.

Just got the call from a recruiter that they won’t be moving forward with my application after reviewing my take-home writing assignment. I was very proud of what I submitted, and know it was great quality and up to industry standards given I review/write this type of document quite frequently. However, I've had A LOT of recruiters reach out to me for positions that are way below my current salary. They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k

How do you keep from getting discouraged while job hunting? I’ve had 3 final round interviews in the past month and gotten passed over each time. Their reasoning is always “we went in a different direction”. Each of the interview processes was 4-5 interviews so it’s a big time commitment and really gotten my hopes up each time.
