Hello All, I have offer in hand of 27.5 LPA+15% variable from ZS Associates as a BT Solutions delivery consultant and now my current company is ready to retain me by matching the offer & assuring that they will send me onsite to UK in couple of months. Now I am in a dilemma of what to do as I have been looking for onsite opportunities for my entire career so far. Kindly share your thoughts. I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement

Nope. It’s been paid out the first pay period in September for many years and one must be an employee on the day bonuses are paid.
You must be an employee on the day when the AIP is paid. A few years ago, I left the firm a week before the payment and still got paid. However, I was switching to different member firm and communicated everything well in advance.
Differs across countries apparently - I left Deloitte in Germany and still got my bonus even though I was already with another firm in Sept
And I left in July, so it wasn't a matter of a single week or so
