How do I even get a job as a complete fresher?

Finding job is so difficult these days. i have confidence that I can clear interviews but finding one is the real challenge.

What should be my salary expectations as a fresher?

30% bonus

1.5 million carry dollars at work (400m final close with 250k for every 50m increase up to 500m fund max) with 7 year vesting period (ouch)
Completely remote with encouragement for juniors to travel and build relationships around the country.

Are there certain firms that are more accepting of Tax backgrounds entering advisory positions? I’m a CPA with a couple years regional tax experience looking to transition to advisory/deals, but have struggled getting big 4 advisory interviews even with solid recommendations.
I’ve heard there’s solid opportunities in advisory type work for some other large firms outside big 4. Has anybody made a similar transition?
