Gave interview sometime back, Initially they did not agree to the ask, since I already have offer from other org which is much greater than what Tavisca is offering.....Difference is around 4lakhs in both of them, the other org is mid sized company which gave higher offer... You don’t, too many seniors are gate keeping right now
Tech is hard right now, but so are a lot of things. I started in support and help desk and while there started getting training and certificates to move away from that sometime. That was a long time ago though, and I’m not sure if that is still a good answer or not.

Remote will be a dead end. Check your local region for industries and jobs available. Find the most overlapping skills and spend time on those. Don't apply until you are fully ready as you will likely only get 1 chance at each employer.
