How do people find a mentor in the workplace during this online world?

Hello Bowl, Currently working in Capgemini with CTC of 3.8lpa, got selected in ZS Associates as a lateral hire with 10lpa fixed for Associate (Big Data development role).
Is the offering good for 9 months experience guy in Bigdata Development.
Or should I negotiate?
Need some suggestions.

Had a really bad day 😞 I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself. Things will be going well and then out of nowhere I get blackout drunk. I am tired of feeling sick and anxious from drinking. I don’t really even want to drink sometimes but do it anyway. Blacked out last night, and still feel sick now.
