I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k. BCG or MBB folks, got a call from the recruiter today that the outcome of decision round and calibration call today was positive and the lead partner will give me a call on Monday to discuss with me on the role and offer directly by himself.
