I had an interview with @cognizant all rounds done with HR AND Salary negotiation, after that I sent an email to them related to my offer status. However, they replied me as, we have kept you on hold etc.
And now @cognizant hr called me 3 times for job opening, and I have told them my offer is on hold. Now, they have scheduled interview. Is it for same or new. It's really confusing for me.
If they release old offer what we have discussed or they will interview me again

Also if I reject, will there be any issue like they won't consider me in future?Tata Consultancy Wipro Cognizant Infosys

Did you try googling ?
Yes, Manager > Senior Manager > Director across all of the teams at PwC (SM is a new role in Advisory as of a year ago). Director promotion is dependent on your business case. You could get there as quickly as one year or a slow as four depending on your case. Comp will be somewhere around $220k base salary depending on your location and where you land in our cohort grid

SM at Accenture Strat is equivalent to Director at S&. So if you’re going from M to SM that’s fine, but SM to SM would probably slow your progression
Thanks!
