Have a go to emotional support water bottle at your desk and meal prep the night before. Even bento box style with deli meats, veggies and nuts in a Tupperware is better than raiding a snack cabinet.
Treat your body like a temple, because it is! What you feed it is how you get your energy.

Well, during my burn out era. I bought and ordered lunch. I lived on Trader Joe’s frozen meals for a hot minute.
How I have a bit more freedom I do meal/grocery delivery to make sure I don’t forget to feed myself.
Please don’t do this to yourself. I did exactly the same, following my previous companies policy of “more for less”, and totally burnt myself out.
Schedule your lunch time in your calendar as a non-negotiable, and completely step away from your computer and phone. Have your lunch and go and take a walk. Start refusing un-necessary meetings especially if no agenda, and shorten meetings to 15 mins instead of 30 minutes.
Block time in your day to actually work through some of your actions and absolutely refuse to work at weekends. Prioritise with support of your manager and if some work comes up as urgent, discuss what will be dropped to accommodate it.
Believe me your body and brain will thank you for taking this approach and you’ll get a better work/life balance.
