Hello all! I am looking for a job in finance/investments, but I’m having trouble attracting attention from employers. I have a finance degree from UGA, but all of my experience (3.5 years) is in sales (tech and real estate), so no relevant internships unfortunately. US DOE used same tactic when pushing adoption of the Common Core curriculum.

How many of you feel like teaching in public schools is going against your morals lately??? I feel like now that I'm a parent I'm feeling more like how we treat kids and handle behaviors is so against what I want for my own child.

I work in Florida where the Parental Rights law concerning gender theory and sexuality in k-3 is currently being labeled the "Don't Say Gay Bill". I find it crazy that so many of my liberal coworkers, even in the social studies department haven't even read the bill and are just buying the low wholesale. I agree that we should leave those choices up to the parents. Do you guys have similar things happening where you're at?
