How do you choose your immigration attorney? I have 2 options, Option A) 5star reviews, asking 8k total, 1st consultation was great but kinda cold. He didn't pressure me to sign a contract and his quote don't expire in x amount of days. He said we can start whenever I feel ready.

Option B) 4.6star reviews on Google, asking 5k total, attorney was great but for pricing she has a "business development representative" and she was being too pushy and gave me 2 weeks to keep that price.

How flexible is Deloitte with the start date because of H1b processing time? I signed the offer mid-may for July 12 because it seemed realistic enough for premium H1b transfer. But the lawyers seem slower than what I was used to and July 12 does not seem likely. Is this going to be a problem?

Hi Everyone - Need some insights. My PERM process was started by company in Feb’22 (currently awaiting wage determination, submitted to DOL in May’22). Its been months and DOL is working on requests from Jan’22. My H1B expires for good in Oct’23 (with all the recapture). Is there any chance I’ll have my PERM completed by then?
