You have a critical conversation w them! You can use build-redirect-build. Give positive reinforcement about something. Address the negative. Redirect what can be done instead. End w more positive reinforcement….. Hope this helps

Also…dig into what they’re being negative about with them. If people feel like their concerns aren’t heard or are dismissed, it can cause people to focus on them even more.
Have a conversation with them. Also, if you’re noticing morale is low, reward your team from time to time to show them you appreciate them. This may help cut back on negativity and allowing influences to bring down the morale.
