Whenever the deadline is too tight, try to use it as an advantage. You don’t have time for overthinking and imposter syndrome.
Whenever I stopped “thinking” too much between tight deadlines, it at least started to go smoother.
It really depends on who you’re working with. I’ve worked late nights with a team I loved and never felt stressed. I enjoyed every single moment from getting briefed to shipping spots.
And then I’ve worked most pathetic loser ass leadership and team with very little work. I used to be stressed all the time.

You put in a commensurate amount of effort for the deadline and I’ve along. One day turn? Here’s 3 weird fun ideas. Buy em or don’t. Identify the real creative opportunities and try to limit grinding on projects and timelines that won’t allow you to invest. Give what the timeline reasonably allows and only that.
