Personally I would write off those that seem too prepared and scripted. At the end of the day (or interview) I ask myself these questions:
1. Do they have the appearance and presence that I want to represent myself and the company?
2. Would I want to be stuck with this person during a long layover or other travel delay?
3. Does this person show qualities of loyalty and honesty?
etc.
Note nothing here is necessarily listed on your resume. That I can read. I focus more on the person I am interviewing
Honestly, while I agree with the above, I know a lot of people who did practice case studies and looked at tons of frameworks. It definitely helps, but don't come in with a script, more of a guideline on what you should be looking for.
