How do you take money out of the UBS account? Set a limit order and sold up yesterday, but now it’s held in a UBS account which I apparently can’t access. It’s not showing up as available for cash disbursement, and the only option is to ring them. The number is US and would most likely cost a fortune per minute. Has anyone sold up on UBS without this hassle??

We all know how inflation can derail our Retirement Planning dreams!!Though it's better to start investing as early as possible,but HEY, all is not lost even if you start little late. We all have our family responsibilities when we start our career, so "INVESTING FOR SELF" takes a back seat.
Just a perspective, even if someone at the age of 45 years starts investin for his retirement, he can decently manage the same with discipline and regular investing.

Can partners at EY consulting buy as much equity as they desire?

My partner and I are in the process of buying a PHEV that qualifies for the full non-refundable federal tax credit. We will both owe taxes in excess of the current $7,500 cap (will see if that increases with the new budget bill). If we both own the car (i.e. both names on the title), how do we manage filing for the tax credit when filing separately? Do we just pick one of us to file? Is there guidance on splitting the credit across owners? Does it matter what order our names are on the title?
