I struggle to tell if the outcome should be talking through your process/steps (maybe for a question like - how would you go about determining program complexity) vs a specific solution such as create x new product, for x market by x date based on my assumptions. Is the desired outcome something I can clarify with the interviewer?

I am getting paid for a referral this Friday. Before that applicant submits an application, refer them through DNET. They will get an email for that req. have them apply through that email. Boom get hired, get paid 90 days later
If they have ever applied to Deloitte in the last 180 days you are SOL though as it’s not an “organic” referral

From the applicant side, would I apply to job in the online portal then get someone to refer me? Or, get them to refer me and submit my resume and not worry about applying online?

I referred over 40 people and they are always automatically rejected. So much for hiring minorities, women, veterans, or disabled individuals. So much for also needing people with “hot skills” as well.

Just make sure whoever your referring did not previously apply for a job via another method. Because once you go thru the referral process on DeloitteNet, then you get the message that you will not be awarded for a referral since they previously applied.
There is no referral process. It’s a hit or miss
