How does the salary progression at Booz Allen work? I recently got an offer from Booz Allen and they undercut my salary range by about 15k. I received the offer at 125k without a signing bonus, but the hiring manager is saying there is opportunity to raise my base pay within 6 months. Anyone at Booz know how the operate in terms of salary adjustments / bonuses?
