Is the CVA exam worth pursuing?
I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

My advice is, if you can, slog through another year with the Feds and attain career status then at 25 jumping to a startup is probably the best time to do it.
Its a gamble, your age matters. If you are mid career or later, I’d recommend taking a pass. If Federal service and you have three years and made Career status, you are a “reinstatement eligible” and have a good chance of getting another Federal engineer position if your startup fails in a few years. On the flip side, what are the chances (and demand on commitment to the firm, like 60-80 hrs per week) that you could become a very senior insider (like a Wozniak) in the startup if it succeeds and expands? 1 in 10, maybe 1 in 5.
As cliche as it sounds if you believe the startup mission has a realistic chance of success and you're willing to pour yourself into it especially early on, then no reason not to at 24 given you haven't been happy in defense. Just make sure to have an emergency fund for a good few months in case things go sideways
