Mmmm...two days....sends the wrong message.
My humble opinion - don’t be late, don’t be overly eager and show up more than 10 minutes early
Agree with the above, more than 10 and you’re just making it awkward for everyone. In fact, I would say even if you get there 10 mins early, wait five minutes before you go check in.

More than 10
Night before looks odd. At least that was the feedback they gave me.
Go in no more than 15-20min in advance. Then go to bathroom, pee, wash hands, check face, dab sweat off, compose and settle yourself the last 5-10min waiting by reception.
Thanks guys! Ended up showing about 12 minutes earlier 'cause I was melting outside and I'd rather be there early than sweaty. 😬
I think 10 minutes early is the sweet spot and shows that you made sure you made the best effort to be on time even if there were train/subway delays
Anything over 40 minutes early is too early. And it sometimes puts an awkward pressure on HR and/or the interviewer(s) because they don’t want to make you sit for that long
Good luck OP. Report back with updates.
Six hours is too early.
