How far into your career were you when you realized this career was not necessarily for you? Anyone realize this despite working for decent people?

I am currently working in digital marketing profile with a Germany based magazine company. I have a work ex of 2 years. I am looking forward to move abroad. I am trying to apply for jobs in canada, sweden, Ireland, Germany, not UK since that needs sponsorship.
Can anyone help me on this, what is the right way. I know i have less experience but i want to move out in a young age. I have tried Google jobs and glasdoor so far. I am currently 25 & i think this is a right age for a woman to move

I broke up with my EX mainly because the relationship with my child and her was not the best, it sucks but I have to look out for my child, So far I am able to do the things I can do now.
