How has COVID affected MBB? What cost cutting measures? Layoffs? Bonus? Freeze hiring? Internships? Etc?

SalesForce folks, a recruiter reached out for an opportunity to interview for a AE position in my specialty. I noticed there is also an opp available locally for a Strategic Account Manager in my vertical as well.
Any one know of pay difference between the two, responsibilities/expectations, how they are viewed in the org itself?
I understand they are different but in my job today, I handle both roles so can go in either direction.

I am a 5 year experienced developer and am applying for position as a developer in bank. I have cleared the assignment, interview and soft skills. I next have an offer interview scheduled but it’s with the IT chapter lead and the Manager instead of the recruiter. That feels bit weird and I feel they would talk me on a low salary because I am “not so experienced”. Have BCG final round interviews this Friday. 2 45 Minute sessions back to back (all the slots were set up this way). Do you usually get a minute or two in between the calls? I imagine I’m going to need a moment to recenter myself after the pressure of a case interview, maybe run to the bathroom.

Got an offer to join MBB. I have an advanced degree from a prestigious program. It's been 6 years since my undergrad and no one asked about my GPA, which is low. 4 years of work exp - most at a big4.

Should I be worried about background check? I never lied just didn't volunteer my undergrad GPA as I've been out of school for a while. I have a good reason for the low GPA if asked.
