How have your career aspirations changed over time? I used to grind and want to climb the ladder as fast as possible, but now that I make enough to live comfortably, max out my 401k, and get plenty of time off, I’m enjoying coasting for the time being. My current ctc is 23lpa and I have offer of around 36lpa in India
However i am getting an onsite opportunity In Denmark, what should be my expected ctc there? Considering the country is much expensive. If anyone has done research regarding cost of living in Denmark earlier, please share your thoughts on this, it would be very helpful. They are willing to offer 60k euros, but I feel 36 lpa in india is better deal. Companies are equivalent.

Advice needed on handing in notice, I recently signed an offer letter and understand the screening process takes 4-6 weeks. I have a month's notice period and have agreed a preliminary start date in Feb.

I was planning on not handing my notice in until the checks had been completed so its all secured (not that I think I will fail any checks), but apparently I need a reference from my current employer not previous ones. Can't really do this without handing in notice can I?

I’ve completed the first interview with the hiring manager and a colleague, and have been fortunate to get to the next stage but im unsure how to prepare. I’ve done the usual compentencies, strengths and weaknesses and company research.
