How have your line managers supported you with your illness? I have chronic fatigue which severely impacts my cognitive function (brain fog, difficulty concentrating, forgetfulness). I'm on a phased return to work although my LM doesn't seem to understand or try to understand how difficult my life has been the past 6 months. I assume this isn't uncommon but I just wondered what your LM have done to support you as you return to work?

I have tried absolutely everything I can think of to limit distractions during the work day and none of it has worked. Working from home has only made it 100 times worse because now I know there are other more interesting things to be distracted by all around me. What do you do to hold focus during working hours? About month ago I was diagnosed with coronary artery disease (CAD) and had to go through cardiac catheterization to get a stent.
I am in mid 30s and it's unbelievable that i have got this. Have been quite down mentally for last few weeks, and don't think if I can sustain the consulting life anymore.
