Rising Star
I’ve literally discounted candidates who didn’t send one. It takes all of a few minutes and you can ask the person during the interview for their email address.
Rising Star
Yes. My internal recruiter is great. Definitely passes along any notes. If there are any.
I always send something. Recently I asked the recruiter for direct emails or to pass along messages. Whichever way is preferred I go with. In this instance the recruiter helped me send 5 thank you messages and was very kind about it.

Use your powers of deduction. Ask them their email address during the call if they mention you should get in touch. Or work them out by copying the format of the internal recruiter’s email. Eg. firstname.lastname@company.com
This happened to me today. I had two interviews from the same co. One gave me their address and I guessed the other correctly.
Always.
Always. Send. Thank you notes!!!! Ask recruiter for email addresses and if they won’t give them, aka if they’ll forward on your behalf.
Always. Agree I have discounted candidates that didn’t send. Some recruiters will review for you before you send. When I have sent, I have sometimes gotten responses. Which are helpful to get a sense of where you stand in the interview process.
I always send them. I don't ever expect a response, but it only takes a few minutes and the gesture is very much appreciated.
Depends on the interviewer. Some don't care and some basically require it. Never hurts to send one.
Never hurts IMO. Just keep it short and sweet and mention one specific thing from the interview. Always kind to thank someone for their time.
