Hi I joined virtusa on 14June 2022.Hr just call me and ask me to submit few documents on the portal and after that no one call me even no one connected me for further process.I don't know anything regarding my project and all.Even they didn't ask me for any bank details and all anywhere.And also after submitting documents .I got an email saying onboarding completed we will verify it from their end.He even not responding to my call as I called her many times.can you guide what's happening??

Census is used for compliance audits so it needs to be accurate
Is this for an employee benefit plan? It needs to be accurate to get the right numbers for agreeing between the third party admin -> to the payroll cpa -> to the company's books-> and back to what is reported on the 5500.
As a former irs agent, we were allowed a few $100 off due to timing but it's pretty strict for compliance audits. Any miss match and they spend months to find all the errors. And then they're pissed off about it too.
As an associate, the information on the census for demographics needs to match as well as the dollar amounts being within tolerance. Depends on the plan.
Both audits require compensation testing, eligibility, distributions, loans. Deaths benefits. 1099 and W2 agree etc. Expect more on unions and welfare plans less work on 401ks
