There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

If you’re a creative looking to land a job at FCB, don’t bother emailing Nick Molinaro… It’s like shouting into the void.
Best is to be recommended by the right people. DM your portfolio, I’m glad to have a look
K, I haven't worked at any of these agencies so take what I have to say with a grain of salt, but I've been in the industry long enough to know the general reputations of each place. FCB New York has a solid reputation for creativity and big name clients, though it can be a bit fast-paced and WLB is supposedly kind of bad, depending on the team of course. As for WPP vs. IPG, WPP tends to be more global, while IPG is more local clients (before the merger, who knows what will happen next). That's just the general reputations, so like I said, take it with a grain of salt.
I’m at FCB NY and I’m having fun. Like someone said, it probably depends on what you’re working on but in general there are a lot of opportunities and talented people.
I don’t know what Omnicom is planning to do but we’re in good shape compared to other Omnicom agencies in NY.
The agency has been making great work on big clients for a number of years now (Michelob, Spotify, Budweiser and previously Burger King). No non-profit work for awards.
Pm if you have questions
Yes maybe ‘in good shape’ means ‘less shaky than elsewhere but still shaky’. Doesn’t mean what I said is not true. DDB, BBDO and TBWA are definitely not in good shape. (In New York)
As is the case with most agencies, depends on the team you’re working for. I will say it’s one of the better shops I’ve been at. I preferred IPG over WPP but that won’t matter once Omnicom finished buying IPG out so…
