How is GenAI-Manager role in Data and Analytics team?
I interviewed for GenAI-Architect-Manager role but is being offered GenAI-Software Eng.-Manager role.
I have similar offers AI Architect from Automotive group company Gaint-GCC (product based like) and Senior Principal Datascientist from Genpact.
Pay is similar on all three. How is management, work satisfaction and Growth?

Anyone a manager? I’m recently diagnosed (26F) and I can’t help but beat myself up everytime I fall short of my to do list. Makes me feel like a huge disservice to my team. I’ve been trying vitamin D and working out, but it makes my “highs” and “low” SO extreme. The simplest things are so complex in my mind.

If anyone feels similar, how do you manage these feelings? I’m personally considering switching to an individual contributor role, but can’t help but feel like a disappointment if I do.

My friend received two job offers for Account Executive roles: a Mid-Market role with Confluent and an Enterprise role with ThoughtSpot. He’s conflicted because Confluent is a more established company, ThoughtSpot is Pre-IPO. Confluent is a lucrative product to sell and has established SDR reps so there’s a good blend of inbound and outbound sales. Thoughtspot is more of a startup culture where most of the sales comes from outbound and it’s a tougher sell.

So my work has unlimited PTO -global company. I'm based in uk and line manager is in USA. he said I'm taking to much time off and has brought it up with upper management. I have taken in total to date 22 days with 8 (4 include an operation) more to go. My performance is above target. I just feel blindsided.

If your employer mandated you need to come in 5 days a week would you consider quitting? My situation is I live in my geographical territory and the office is 45 minutes away. No performance issues at quota consistently.
