How is it when it comes to your career development?

What is the process for moving from SM to D in IFS? Does it very by team? Are business cases part of the IFS process?

Currently working as an engineer in site design/real estate development in Atlanta. I'm wanting to transition to the developer side in hopes of becoming a developer myself. With everything that's going on in the market right now, it looks like it might be sort of tough. Not sure where to start either. I was thinking of going commercial and becoming an asset management analyst. If anyone has any tips I'm all ears. Any information is greatly appreciated!

Looking for advice on career change. I’m a 45 year old single mom - I’ve been at my job for 18 years. I know I could be doing more. The job isn’t fulfilling and the workplace is rather toxic. The pay is pretty good - when I look at other open positions in my field / the pay is much less or the same. Honestly just unsure of what I “want” to do. Stay where I am and get a side hustle that may be fulfilling or change careers altogether. I’m a placement coordinator at a home care agency.

Currently working as a Business Analyst with PwC. Got a call from Hexaware. Is it worth it shifting from PwC to Hexaware? Any suggestions??

Plan to go to B-school in 3 years (1 year out of UG now). Long term goal is entrepreneurship. Have offers at a MBB firm for a generalist consultant role and at FAANG for a strategy role. FAANG offer is slightly higher (though both are a 50+% bump on my current comp). Both would have me reset to entry level. Which one should I take?

What’s a reasonable comp to expect for a Product Manager role after 4 years of consulting experience? Seeing a lot of PM roles below 150K- worth taking the comp hit for the title?

My company issues top of the line 16” MBP’s for engineers and lower end 13” MBP’s for all others. I work in analytics/ data science and struggle with the fact that my computer can only run 1 external display! No one else on my team cares.
