How is the learning and WLB of Humana project in CTS?

Starting a new mobile app build (greenfield project) - target to start is iOS, but may expand to Android in ~2 years time and we will need a web experience (though not necessarily the same set of functionality).

What mobile frameworks are you using, and are you finding them productive? Team is considering React Native and Flutter, and I'm just looking to hear what's working for you / what you wished you'd done differently.

I have joined IBM and resigned within 50 days.
Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.
Now manager is threatening me that I will be placed under no hire to IBM.
Is it ethical?

I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.

Anyone knows the chances of location being changed after receiving the offer and getting tagged to a project?

So I joined IBM in May 2022 and was on bench for 5.5 months since then.I will be allocated to a project next week. Also my probation got confirmed a week back.

I have following queries-
1)With me joining a project so late, can I expect a Variable Pay in March 2023?
2)The manager told me I have flexibility to choose 2-11 shift or work in morning as everyone is flexible here. What must I do officially to get that monthly shift allowance?

1-Can I directly apply for IJP 2-3 week's prior or do I need to serve notice in my current project?
2- Also can I apply directly for C12 level if required YOE is matching?
3- Within IJP can I apply for outside India?
4- What would be ideal appraisal % I can expect considering team size is small and best performer in my current project.

I'm 6 months old at D! Planning early promotion next year.. counselor and pm both are backing me.. I need to go to India for at least 4 weeks in Dec ... most probably would be rolling off from current project by then .. would this vacation hurt my promotion chances coz of utilization etc?

If I’m quoted 5.5 rate is it unwise to buy down to 5%? I plan on holding the home even if i move into a rental eventually. I guess I’m asking if you all think any chance rates go down because of a recessionary period…any folks have anecdotes of past recession and rates?
