I am on stage 4 of the hiring process for a job as a Sr Art Director for a CPG brand. I was given a project to develop a product launch. The directions are vague. There are so many ways I could take the project but I’m curious what kind of outline and level of depth you expect from a project like this? I was planning on doing research separately & share so they can see what I normally do, and then a deck showing visuals, mood boards, and messaging ideas etc. Does that seem right?

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

Now, manager is asking me for retention of 7LPA along with 50K bonus and he is convincing me with working with cutting edge tech in DevOps. May I know if it's good to stay in CTS or leave for PwC india as an associate in emerging tech BU?

I joined company B few months back, and they mentioned that i will be getting offer letter of company A and payroll will be also from company A as the company B will be separating from A in sometime. So now as they separated i got new compensation letter from company B and the joining date mentioned there is the date on which they separated and not the actual joining date on which i joined. Won't this be considered as a switch by future employers? In the new offer letter there is no mention of A

What do you guys think about this Great Place to Work Certification.

In my view, only terrible organizations don't get it. Normal orgs get it easily as they must be forwarding the surveys to happy employees.

Also how come orgs Deloitte don't appear in these?

I got interviewed for Cognizant CMT , earlier they told location as Delhi- NCR location ,

but after final interview today the interviewer told me that they have opening at Hyderabad, banglore or chennai

I told them I only need Delhi NCR as location , is it possible that they gave me my preferred location and then can change it once I join

Benefits wise De Shaw is incomparable to LTI.
My major concern is technology and location, how is hyderabd to relocate ?
