What are your thoughts on pay discrepancies based on family structure? Ex. Two people do the same job but one is paid more or given a larger bonus “because they have kids and you live alone” or “because their family is struggling”. I have recently given interview at Infosys for senior lead analyst role. I have submitted all the documents. It’s been 10 days I have not received the offer letter. Could anyone tell if it usually takes this much time to release an offer?
