Hi A&M fishes. For PEPI whats the median or a good guess for base salary and annual bonus for a Senior Director. Do they get any equity too? Looking for realistic numbers, trying to make a decision.

How is the culture, decent folks or sharp elbows everywhere? Is the total comp as good as advertised or is this false advertising? Whats realistic TC at A&M 3 yrs post MBA? Friend was told a very high number (250K greater than mine).

Hi, just got an offer from A&M as D (Performance Improvement). The base from Glassdoor is accurate (US as a benchmark). Bonus is much higher than my current. Anyway the base seems very low compared to S& SA in US.
1) is it true that the base is that low compared to junior-mid level at S&?
2) i am based in Asia, any different rate compared to other region at A&M?
3) the TC can be 3x that what I can get currently, but i can make partner in few years at PwC. Do you think A&M should be considered?
