But I do not have hands on a live project, any ideas if companies would take in beginners in AWS ? Even though there are cloud projects in my domain it is a bit difficult to get into those projects as my lead & manager give me the standard answer "you're a critical resource for our project" :(

My manager is not aware of my adhd and I have crippling fear and shame around it so I'd rather not tell him. The office environment I'm in is honestly any neuroduvergent's nightmare.
