How is the work experience at fractal analytics for a data scientist?

I have an job offer from fractal analytics for a position for senior data scientist. The reviews are quite mixed on ambition box and glass door. Can anyone tell me the ground reality? I am kinda stresses out about this.

I recently joined a small-sized product based company.I have not been able to get along with my manager. He does not give me full information on assigned tasks and expects me to follow his order to the letter like in a military. When I ask him doubts he either scolds me or laughs at me like I am dumb. But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐
