I am in final round of negotiations with a Amsterdam based organisation. I am a married guys with my spouse a 5 year old daughter.
I wanted to know your opinion on what should be the optimum level of CTC I should ask to reallocate to Amsterdam. So that I can afford to have decent lifestyle and savings.
My current CTC here in India is 36lpa with all benefits. I am senior PM.

I had to leave the US before my lease ended due to visa reasons and subleased the apartment. I will be returning to the US on L1A shortly after the sublease ends (but before the term of the lease expires), could that jeopardize my return on L1A?
