Hi I got IBM offer and Bangalore location but I would like to work from Chennai. They have not given any joining bonus and relocation also reimbursement till 25k only provided. Can I ask them for full wfh ? I know for first day induction i should go to office but since they're not providing any relocation allowance can I ask them to provide full wfh and change of base location to Chennai?? I am the only developer in my team and my manager has assigned me a project in which I need to create a tool from scratch although that is currently running in production build by third party and we don't have access to that code.

I am on notice period and I am 100% sure that project won't be completed before my LWD.

What should I do, I asked him to put some extra team members but he didn't agree, seems like he will add extra team members 2-3 weeks before my LWD.

Today I got a call saying that from TCS and asked me, have you attended any interview I said yes and also said documents uploaded. Then she asked me there is a need in direct project are you okay with technical round and I said yes. Then she said thanks and disconnected.
