This question is coming from a person who never worked in consulting but has been always on the engineering and architecture side of technology. I have received an offer and salary offered is really good. Can someone please help in answering what the culture is like? Work life balance? Average PBB at senior? Is it worth it move for like 20% increase from your traditional 9-5 corporate environment?
