Current DADM associate here. We are hiring, but primarily opportunistic. It’s pretty chill here—folks are, for the most part, all very nice and pleasant to work with; quality/sophistication of work is generally very high; very limited weekend and late night work; billable and in-office expectations are generally reasonable. The main downside is the below market, black box comp.
Ostensibly, the firm’s RTO policy is to be in the office more often than not (i.e., on a weekly basis, minimum 3 days per week). In practice, it’s driven by some mix of partner, client, job, and personal demands—but mainly partner demands, so it depends a lot on the partner you work with.
I think DADM partners generally tend to be pretty WFH-friendly and also accepting of late arrival/early departure on the days you do come in.
Personally, I go in maybe once every few weeks, and no one has complained and it hasn’t affected my work or advancement.
However, I do know people who go in nearly every day.

Which part of the group are you asking about? There are different teams within the “DADM” umbrella.
They are hiring. Following as well.
