8pm. And that's just responding to an URGENT email. Unless I'm actively in pre-production, I try to set boundaries and am pencils down at 6pm so I can be a parent.
Up until I fall asleep. If I don’t, they lay me off
lol… when I log off for the day, I close the computer and log off. I don’t have any work apps on my phone. There is literally nothing we do that requires us to be on call. It can wait until morning.
If I have plans after work or am too busy to check my email, then I don't respond. However, most nights, I'm just chilling after work, so I might check and respond to a few emails.
Depends on how fun the project is. Fun scale 1-5: 1=boring. 5=inspiring. 1-5pm. 5-8pm
Only as late as my laptop is still on. I don’t have Teams or work email on my phone so I wouldn’t know I had to respond to something.

Curious age of most people answering. I’m still in the - if I see it I’ll answer, if it helps someone who is stuck working late I’ll try. If it’s a busy time I will. But also was the 24/7 early in my career.
