12-24 months - important to note that in my stream of accounting you can make director in less than 10 years due to shortages across the industry so promotions are often yearly until Associate Director and then it becomes a question of how many jobs you bring the firm.

5-6 years for Managers. Once manager roughly 2 years maybe 3 at most. M and SM there’s not much change aside from revenue goals now play a role so gotta start selling
