Hiya! I am in the final round of interviews at an EdTech platform for a role that is the bridge between the Customer Support and UX/Product Design teams. I act as that bridge in my current role but on a more informal basis because it is a smaller company.

Would anyone be willing to share their perspective (positive or negative) on the Product/UX end of this relationship? I want to make sure to ask the right questions.

I embed videos I make demonstrating how to complete a question, next I ask them to complete an example showing work, and then the next question they type their answer so it automatically alerts them to see if they answered correctly. It can be used live in a meet and on an independent virtual day. In my google meets, I’m able to give feedback on any question they have trouble with in real time.
