How long is it going to take my project to realize that I just nap during the day? I’ve been trying to roll off for months and it isn’t working. I noticed only people with bad performance roll off this thing, so giving it a go!

Anyone witness slackers who got into companies you have no idea how? Had a coworker who does jack chit at work besides chatting on Facebook yet lands at a faang company? I guess if he brings the same work ethic he will be spit out for sure. Or maybe he just had no interest in doing project work.
