How long should one look for a job before choosing one? Right now I am getting some offers but only around the mid range of my ask. I am underpaid by 40% so I am looking for 40 to 60% raise. Since I am at deloitte we have the bonus coming up. Should I set end of June as ultimatum for myself and pick a job by then? Naturally I will make sure the work is decent but it might not be ideal job though...

How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out?
