If this job can help making your resume look better, I would say try at least 1 year. But if there are multiple red flags, I would run asap
Like SM1 says, anything less than a year would be a red flag.
There is no perfect place to work. Excitement never lasts because we get used to it. Dopamine has a diminished effect over time.
I think the most common issues with new jobs three or six months in is either the “honeymoon effect” wearing off or what the job was supposed to be is not what the job actually entails or stuff they did not talk about in the interview or boss issues.
Please consider looking outside of work for happiness and excitement. Maybe even a side hustle that you conceive and own.
I would say at least 1-2 years. Figure out why the excitement is wearing off? Need a new project? More responsibility? Or just enjoy coasting for awhile
