Got a new job offer letter. But my existing company wants to retain me with pay revision so I submitted my offer letter of new job to them. Eventually I have decided not to stay back and join the new company. So is there any risk in the new company as I have shared the offer letter with old company. I am already in notice period.

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. I referred someone I truly see potential in and have also helped him with resume and casing. And he didn't even get invited for an interview. He stayed optimistic and passionate about the job, and asked me again for advice about reapplying this year. I don't know what to advice him. His resume looks good but didn't even get a chance for interview

How long after final round at bcg until you know if you got it? MBA hire

Made the pivot from Big 4 to Bain and frankly underwhelmed. Seems like Bains Ops capabilities / general knowledge resources / white papers are lagging the industry quite a bit. Miles behind BCG / McKinsey as well. Literally only good for PE and nothing else.

Got a referral to BCG and still haven’t had anybody follow up to screen or interview me. It’s been two weeks now. Lol do I give up all hope? How long does this usually take?

For final rounds, if I do well in one interview but only average in the other one, am I dinged?
