How many individual interviews do MDs go through if they're applying for a role in front office investment banking?

Last week, I was causally updating my Naukri profile and to my surprise, I saw a Goldman Sachs recruiter bookmark my profile and download my resume. Until then I was of the opinion the I'm a long way from even thinking of applying to GS. That li'l incident has piqued my interest and now I'm obsessed with working for GS.

That said, can anyone here help me with getting one step closer to my newly envisioned dream? I"m looking for a PMO profile - I have relevant exp of 2.5yrs.

What's the salary range for D2 - Program Manager position in CG??

I am a Strategic Sourcing Manager with 7 YOE in both direct and indirect spend across various industries (Life sciences, IT and Insurance) I have been offered a role with Fidelity for 13 lpa + 1.5 variable. Offer seems better than the national average for similar roles but I feel I would be underpaid based on the current market, my skills and value I will be bringing to the table. Any suggestions for offer negotiations?
