I received an email from the HR at Monitor Deloitte that I've cleared the case round and a back to back discussion with partner and director of the team will be scheduled. Been almost 3 days since this email, haven't received asking for availability from the scheduling team. This for a role with their Lifesciences Strategy practice in the UK. How long do they typically take to schedule the final round of discussions? Do they eliminate candidates in this round?
Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??
Hi Fishes, I cleared technical and MCQ round at Accenture. And got a mail stating i have been selected for HR round. Later the same day a hr called and asked me to upload all documents and asked my expected CTC and stuff. Earlier in portal it was showing interviewing , now it shows review or pending and has a message ' we regret to inform that you experience does not align with req, we will contact if anything comes up' , what does this mean. How can they put something like this?

That seems a bit excessive to me, but I guess it also depends on the company and their popularity. If they're well known, I'm a little less surprised by the extent of all the interviews. If it's a small company, I'd feel like they are wasting my time a bit.
I did 4 interviews with Adobe recently.
I hate psychometric tests and I'd say I avoid companies that use them as I'm neuro spicy.
Three should be enough id they know what they're doing really.
What's that type of test? Is it the one where you select pictures that match? I'd love for them to actually give back the results and let us see how we scored
I wish our company was more in depth during the interview process but it seems like any warm body will do.
