Some days I'm a fireperson. Some days I'm the fire starter. Read when you can, it gives you inspiration to inject into your work.
Don't depend on the role to drive your learning.
I definitely learn
Groundhog's Day, anyone?
Well a 'presentation specialist' doesn't sound like there's much wiggle room for variety. What even is that?
If you learn in your role then great but I hope it adds value to your role and career. If you're in a loop, you can either go as is, or learn more stuff relating to your job to help it/yourself (be more efficient, proficient or skillfully advanced in some ways), or learn something else entirely different. I was in a role that was in a constant loop so I learned more skills to make the loop even better (work done more accurately and saved more time). Became a rockstar or whatever people call top performers at your agency. After that, I got bored and used the skills for a lateral move. Then repeat, learn and learn and build more skills and knowledge.
